Eviction Moratorium: While the state's eviction moratorium has ended, the CDC issued a national moratorium on most evictions for tenants impacted by COVID through December 31, 2020. However, to be eligible you must file a declaration with your landlord and file a response with the Justice Court if you receive an eviction notice.
